No Fix working hours. sitting late till night. No leave policy. sunday working. No job security. You do no know after 1 hour you are going to be with company or out of the company. Do not suggest to career oriented who are in theri particular field and changing field because of good salary. If you have no post graduation, and no proper career oriented job then only go with this.
