...day. No settlement after employee leaves. As soon as employee resign, he/she w ill not get salary. Employee has no option other than keep calling HR people. Even they are helpless. I will suggest to all that you can talk to any existing employee who works can save your life. Better seat at home but don't think of joining this useless company. No salary guarantee. No settlement. No Bonus. Its a just a staffing company. Owner is not interested to continue the company thats why he intentionally neglecting the great talent. There is LOTS OF POLITICS IN PROJECT ASSESSMENT. If you are Chaatu person then surely you will get Projects you want to work on. I cant give 0 STAR as there is no option. No employee insurance. Good luck for your black future with this company. In simple words - Existing or former employees would not recommend to join the ISPL Navi Mumbai. Advice to Management I will advice to Owner if he can't pay salary than its better to shutdown.

Employee can fool the employer by changing the attendance machine timing & reset them back.

...s changes as per the mood of employer or by consulting with favorite employee. Don't expect increment, bonus. Employer likes to insults the juniors & colleagues In front of client so beware from employer. No information nor data that is relevant of project will shared. Likes to hear "SORRY" from employees for small mistakes. You can be fired with immediately if argument happens.

Amazing organization with awesome work culture, professional decency, well-organized training sessions designed as per our goals and approachable seniors and manager too. Golden hearted MD Sarat Agarwal Sir who is strict only for genuine reasons. Nobody would deny u any assistance if asked for. Promises an established career to all the freshers in all the modules if SAP. Highly recommended to freshers who wanna have broad exposure to SAP.
