Good renumeration and opportunity to learn cutting edge technology. Will get chance to interact with various customers who might usually be using the latest and greatest technology. To help solve their problem you will be compelled to do your own research and at least have a surface level knowledge about that piece of tech. In short you get more exposure depending on the incidents you might get.

...ig downside as you only get the full benefits once you are a fulltime employee. Delay in this conversion can cause delays in promotions, eligibility for applying for internal roles and getting bonus or variable pay. Only criteria that you have to meet to get considered for conversion to an FTE is a UCAT test which most guys pass before their first date. However, no one can tell when you would get converted to an FTE. Important thing is that seniority or the order that you join the company in does not have an impact on when you will become a Full Time Employee. Whenever you enquire about being converted to an FTE, the answer you receive would probably be "We will let you know once we have openings". You will have to bug your manager or HR to get it done, but as I understand they don't have any role in it or atleast they say they don't. If you are about to receive an offer from Infoblox demand that you need to be on the Infoblox payroll right from the first day and take up the offer! Apart from this nasty business, this is a really cool place to work.

There are many Pros are like job security, work culture, both my US manager and Bangalore manager actually care about me and my growth, people are chill and co-operative, company has no jerks policy. I'm an intern who's working remotely during this pandemic time so I haven't really met anyone in person, and my views could change but till now it's been a fantastic 4 months and I'm looking forward to joining as an FTE

Work is not that challenging also, atleast for now. Pay is pretty average PS maybe that's why the work isn't that challenging :p

Mallu Monopoly, company motto includes diversity and its the worst when it comes to diversity, favouratism, the only high ratings would be from malayali, anyone from a different place is never going to like it. All malayalis are wfh and they want people from thousands of km to work in office while the actual policy is completely opposite, the hr,s are managers best friends so the system is broken. Malayalis working since years in this organisation would never let you make any progress. All in all its pathetic.

Very toxic work culture. No work-life balance. They are micro managing everything. Expects to be available round the clock. Not at all an employee friendly company. They are mentally harassing and destroying mental peace. If you share your difficulties that your are facing here, they will hold a grudge on you.
