Good for Freshers or for someone doesn’t ha e life goal or want slavery life or who don't want to grow.

...lding. Abusing language is part of the daily life be it on the floor or outside. No growth at all and now the salary increment changed to 1.5 years or as they want but not in year. Nothing to learn just a regular sitting job that make you feel worthless. Whatever position you hired for will be the forever position. No increment on time you have to beg for it. They keep they keep the original documents and won’t t give any offer letter or experience letter but the piece of paper with hand written joining date. Whatever position or work you get wont be the exact work you are doing as if they find if employer are not having any work or have less of the work then they shift you or make you switch to other work to compensate your salary or else this will effect your salary increment. Fights are usual now days and the first 6 months you wont get any salary in account after 6 months you are eligible no PF no Medical nothing just a ok ok salary you get. Even after 6 months you still have to beat their head to get your salary account open as i too have 2 members in my team that face this issue even after working for almost 2 years now they still get cash salary. That Sanjay (mini mouse) like monitor in class who still look for the people to mark their attendance he run over the all ways to floor to see if someone is sitting free then get them work be it your assigned work or work from other team. Tu mc bc abey is part of the talking manner their. On floor insult. So by this mean NO to this place i mean if you are searching for better options or studying then this one could be go for but if you are professional or someone having good experience DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. More then a half of the employees are aged working as slave as they know they wont get work anywhere then this blood sucker place. No good vibes at all.

...ad, Sanjay , taklu nitin manager, 3. Senior misbehave 4. Manager misbehave 5. Deduction salary without any reason 6. Salary in cash. No PF 7. No employee ID 10. Out of office people will beat you during duty time and they will not take any responsibility. You will live or die 11. No environment and rule regulation They have own rules and politics.

Company Boss (Honour) is so Good and give Bonus every year. But their Manger Nitin is so Bad Person.

Manger Nitin used Abusing language on the floor. Employee and Manger Quarrels on the floor with dirty language. Mostly employees Fight in the front of gate and company does not any action. Leave policy is Bad. Mostly Forced people work here.

...Managers are friendly and are a great support. Have lots of options to to learn. Learning opportunities are good, knowledge sharing depends on colleagues also offered decent salary packages. I have been working in Info-X from last 13 years and it was really great. Memories and Experiences from Info-X will always be part of my life and will cherish it. I joined Info-X as fresher, I gain more technology knowledge and got opportunities to work on those technology. Got great support from my all managers.
