Pressure as compared to other sales process is less. Salary on time.

Appraisal needs improvement a lot. Though we get salaries on time but hikes are very very low. This is something they should really work on. There can be more soft skill training. Job trainings. Gymnasium.

Company is good but maximum managers are old into system and they are insecure from their performing juniors. They live in fear that some day juniors can replace them & they are not capable of finding another relaxing job like this. After spending 10-11 years in same role, same job they are some how incapable to getting another job even after trying with various companies for last 3-4 years. But company does give payment on time with incentive. Work life balance also ok but that too depend on your luck, how is your reporting manager is actually as a person.

...is better for branch for team etc. Everyone says lie to you, don't believe them. If you have spent 3-4 years here, try to move on, salary growth will be stopped after that. No real promotion, only can expect designation tag change. Managers are jealous if you are a performer even under him. If you are overachieving e.g. 130% in a quarter. Please rest assure you target will be take a growth of 100% almost. Biased decision towards women employees. Undue favors pass on by maximum managers but yes, not everyone is the same. Few mid level managers also involved in brokering / as marketing consultant in real estate market. Utilizing their presence with the system where fresh buyers lead is getting generated. Running their own marketing / flat selling business through using those leads. Mid level is corrupt and even after knowing all this corruption, top management is keeping their eyes closed.

Info Edge is parent company to Naukri, where the work life balance is good. Employees are treated well. Of course this would be a good place to start your career but should not stay more than 2- 3 years. Growth and learning will go down after this point.

I am writing the about Naukri whose parent company is Info Edge. The salary and growth part is very low. Career wise we cannot stick to the role or company for a long term. Maximum 3 years. Post which the company will stop giving you a good appraisals. All the learnings can be done in 2 years post which it not a advise able to stay in the company.

There is no work life balance. The work pressure is too high and failing to meet your targets can lead to salary deductions and a lot of scolding from all the managers. You're also forced to work on weekends from morning till 10pm at night.

Sales pressure is quite high, will have to work extra hours daily without any benefit if you are in sales, Leave policy on manager end is quite bad, you have 6 Off per month but you only get 3 or 4
