...eer growth opportunity depends upon ..ie in which module you have been assigned. Somewhere there is a huge gap between compensation paid between QA and Developer. That need to be taken into consideration.

Compensation that we are paid is not upto the mark. Cab or shuttle facility shall be broaden out.

...d here and every one is encouraged to contribute towards continuous improvement. The compensation offered is also handsome and yearly increment is good too.

I would not say that I dislike any thing about info edge. But I felt that the there was no learning portal available at least when I was there. Not sure of it of current time. An online learning portal would be a very good help for employees to enhance and nourish the skill set. Work from home and cab facilities would also add be a good to have.

Info Edge is parent company to Naukri, where the work life balance is good. Employees are treated well. Of course this would be a good place to start your career but should not stay more than 2- 3 years. Growth and learning will go down after this point.

I am writing the about Naukri whose parent company is Info Edge. The salary and growth part is very low. Career wise we cannot stick to the role or company for a long term. Maximum 3 years. Post which the company will stop giving you a good appraisals. All the learnings can be done in 2 years post which it not a advise able to stay in the company.

There is no work life balance. The work pressure is too high and failing to meet your targets can lead to salary deductions and a lot of scolding from all the managers. You're also forced to work on weekends from morning till 10pm at night.
