Info Edge is parent company to Naukri, where the work life balance is good. Employees are treated well. Of course this would be a good place to start your career but should not stay more than 2- 3 years. Growth and learning will go down after this point.

I am writing the about Naukri whose parent company is Info Edge. The salary and growth part is very low. Career wise we cannot stick to the role or company for a long term. Maximum 3 years. Post which the company will stop giving you a good appraisals. All the learnings can be done in 2 years post which it not a advise able to stay in the company.

Working with info edge for over 5 years has been quiet an amazing experience. One of the standout aspect of this journey has been the job security provided by the company. Company has employee centric HR policies. I must its a great to work and start you career.

It's worth noting that there could be improvement in terms of appreciation and salary.

5 days work culture, few people are actually very empathetic here and the fact that salary always comes on time.

After a certain point it gets stagnant and then it becomes difficult for people who want a change or are looking to move ahead......

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 9-11 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night. Managers do no value an individuals' unique straight, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client.

Pressure as compared to other sales process is less. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Appraisal needs improvement a lot. Though we get salaries on time but hikes are very very low. This is something they should really work on. There can be more soft skill training. Job trainings. Gymnasium.
