Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Baner, Pune
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with a finance background can apply)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a background in finance, accounting, or related fields and 0-2 years of experience in financial operations. This role will involve handling invoice processing, reimbursements, and vendor coordination, ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Invoice Processing:

• Accurately process vendor invoices while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Verify invoice details and coordinate with internal teams for approvals.
• Maintain proper records of all invoices and payments.

📌 Employee Reimbursement Submission:

• Process and verify employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursements.
• Cross-check receipts and compliance with company expense policies.
• Assist employees with queries related to reimbursements.

📌 Vendor Query Resolution:

• Act as a point of contact for vendor payment-related queries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ensure vendors receive timely updates regarding their payments.

📌 Financial Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
• Assist in preparing reports related to invoice tracking, reimbursements, and expenses.
• Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Key Requirements:

✅ Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, or equivalent field).

✅ Experience:

• Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.

✅ Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
