Toxic Work Culture at every Level. No Growth Path hence no Job satisfaction Salary Increments Promotion are pathetically Handled HR is handicapped Reporting Manager has all authority to ruin your career in Infoedge.

5 days work culture, few people are actually very empathetic here and the fact that salary always comes on time.

After a certain point it gets stagnant and then it becomes difficult for people who want a change or are looking to move ahead......

Management is good, salary is on time and job security is quite good

Dislikes

Sales pressure is quite high, will have to work extra hours daily without any benefit if you are in sales, Leave policy on manager end is quite bad, you have 6 Off per month but you only get 3 or 4

For sales it has ample of leads so we don't have to generate which makes a process little easier.

Dislikes

Salary and work life balance but it's obvious it won't be there in B2C Sales in most of the company. Although salary is one of the aspect which can be looked into
