...ffice, Washroom is not separate for womens ,Work culture worst,office time 9:30 AM to 7 PM compulsory, Otherwise your salary will be cut by Founder & chairman -Sanjay rane.

I would not recommend it at all. My experience of working here was worst. There is no fixed salary here. There is only one boss here, he is the owner, everything happens as per his wish. Like a big boss, every action is paid attention to during the entire working hours. If you show any disapproval while talking then your salary gets cut. Never reveal your weakness in the interview, your weakness is told in front of everyone. The boss says in the interview that as soon as the candidates join, you will get incentives in 1 month, and as our candidates start getting applied, he says that incentives will be given 2 months after the candidate joins, he does not have the capability to give money, there are 3-4 employees and sitting in a small office, this boss earns in lakhs, he looks at the weakness of the Employees, that the employees should not say too much, the boss earns in lakhs, incentives are not given because of the Employees, he does full scam with the employees. Please no one should join, it is a very toxic environment there, if by mistake you give an extra break of 10 minutes, then how many times will you hear the same thing. There is pressure every day, every day there is less, office gets over at 6:30, and here the meeting starts at 6:30 and in that meeting we have to listen to stories about sir's home, and until it is not 7 or 7:15 to 7:30 we are not allowed to go home, it was the worst experience, and the boss tells everyone that I gave the training and I also gave the money, he teaches everyone, later he talks lovingly to them, he himself earns in lakhs and teaches the employees the standards of corporate life, it doesn't happen like this here, and he makes us work like laborers, Money I did not get anything.

For the Recruiters who are looking forward to joining here. 1. Management is very indisciplined, to the point where it would embarrass in multiple ways. 2. Everyone smokes here which might not get revealed before you join. 3. You won't understand the rules since no one lets you know about them; management lacks professionalism, and they'll embarrass you each time when you make mistakes. 4. They don't need any reason to embarrass you.

While working with the organization, I found an open minded professional who shares his personal experiences and make team to learn more in their life. Sanjaay Sir guides team to understand technical and psychological technics to get right Talent from the Industry.
