I'm working with INFINX since a year, the cabs are being provided here but the time is being wasted alot for 8pm-5am shift employees, the cab is picking up very late and while reaching the office it's being late., So that we can't achieve the target and the TL will force to strech the shift and complete the target. And while dropping in the morning the cab will leave the office at 6 and by the time i reach home it gets 7am. The worst facility of cab. Coming to the WORK the company just need the target from the employees. They'll increase the targets every week and it will become the pressure on the employee. There is dinner or breakfast provided by the company with bad quality. The night shifts are really awkward to work. Time will be just dedicated to the company and u can't do any other personal works Total day will be gone in sleeping and after waking up being ready to office repeat the same daily. There will be weekoff on sat and Sunday but they will force us to come to office for the Overtime and they won't pay the OT on time, overtimes will always be in due and arrears. Finally concluding I want to say that there is partiality shown b/w the employees, alot of work pressure for thier targets. Nobody follows the company norms. No action will be taken immediately for the complaints. I'm saying my personal experience in this company.

...just provide the reasonable price for travel allowance. *Don't show partiality * Salary is being paid same to the intermediate and the Graduate employee this should be immediately fixed.

Flexible Time If you are good with TL your breaks doesn't matter. No pressure For girls it's a perfect job. Easy promotion They want more people who can lead the group of freshers.

...reasons, for eg difference of biometric login and pc login more than 10 minutes. -No pressure but office politics will suck your blood 🩸💉 -easy promotion as they want that talent should not go out of the office in cheaper Rate salary. -salary Increment is like same for 1 year & 8 year employees. Based on performance. If employee A who completed 1 year and Employee B who completed 8 years & their performance is under p1, p2, p3 P1= 1300₹ hike P2= 1400₹ hike P3= 1500₹ hike So Hike will be same for Employee A & B. In 2025 they did not increase their salary in %, instead used Squeezing technique of Amount. So think twice before joining.

The salary and the appraisal is very low need to improve in this, even you are doing a great in 7,9 months but when it comes near the appraisal month and your P3MS is low they act accordingly the remaining which can be a low P3MS Score so that's the issue

...ealthcare. The work pressure will be high because your dealing with health care. Fresher salary is very very less and increment is totally based on work which is good but the increment process is very tough like very less holiday should be taken monthly, target should be 100%, monthly assessment test. "NO HOLIDAY FOR INDIAN FESTIVAL" even national holiday also they follow U.S holiday which is very less. This only applies to when your working for U.S Client. And normal jobs like coding, H.R, accountant I don't know very well. But the people are good I was very lucky that I met with good people at work for my first job.

Salary and Holidays you are dealing with BPO work remember that holidays are given based on U.S holiday even national hoiday.

1. Need to higher or Onboard a proper candidate. Like most of new joiner or trainee are resign there position after 10-15 day & some are abscond with 1 month. 2. Make sure Infinx will provide a Good Increment on Annual Increment & give Diwali Sweets as well
