...ealthcare. The work pressure will be high because your dealing with health care. Fresher salary is very very less and increment is totally based on work which is good but the increment process is very tough like very less holiday should be taken monthly, target should be 100%, monthly assessment test. "NO HOLIDAY FOR INDIAN FESTIVAL" even national holiday also they follow U.S holiday which is very less. This only applies to when your working for U.S Client. And normal jobs like coding, H.R, accountant I don't know very well. But the people are good I was very lucky that I met with good people at work for my first job.

Salary and Holidays you are dealing with BPO work remember that holidays are given based on U.S holiday even national hoiday.

There is nothing to like you about INFINIX except salary but only for experience one.

There are several process in INFINIX but if you hired for SIMON MED IMAGING (SMI) then following actions will be taken against you. 1. Target is above 40 and if you do not acheive your target then they will put you in QIP. 2. After QIP still you did not achieve your target on daily basis then you will be going to PIP. 3.Then after direct separation without any reason just because they are hiring fresher candidates who are ready to work at 17k. So why they will pay 40k to us ? 4. If you do not achieve you daily target then you will have to extend your shifts by 4 hours daily. 5. Extension hours will not pe paid. 6.There are very limited access of portal and we need to request very badly to get the access of any portal. 7.Error will be given on appeal format and for very nonsense reasons just because Quality doesn’t know how to audit the cases. 8. There is no MIS team in INFINIX. 9. There is no WFM team in INFINIX. 10. Cab facility is also very poor. Your logout time is 3 AM and you will get cab by 4 or 4.45 AM and daily you have to book OLA or UBER. Read carefully before choosing INFINIX.

There is nothing to like about this company. Worse place to work. It's been 5 years I'm working with here and they only paid 16k ... Yearly appraisal 800 only, they only do show off

...d but after the pandemic the company started treating it's employees like hell.. they cut 4k from our salary. Increased production, increased work time. Increased pressure. BEST SUGGESTION DON'T APPLY JOB AT INFINX

My notice period is 60 days and I am ready to pay 2 month salary to company but they said that we’ll mark you absconded and don’t give you releiving letter and FNF settlement. I don’t like this behaviour of the company. I have given my 5 years to the organization and they had treated like this to me 😔

... employees who were not ready for extending while shift time is completely done. The new employees are also wants the benifits of festival, such as previous employees gets Diwali bonus but new or fresher's not getting anything so they also require small gift or gustures so they will work continue like other people for company.
