...achieve 100% i.e. Quality scores must be greater than 99.10 which is impossible. In my observation company is thinking about cost cutting such as they have invested so much money to create an good envoirment but keep one coffee maching operative despite having 2 shows narrow thinking. Mindset must be changed if we need to achieve more.

There is nothing to like about this company. Worse place to work. It's been 5 years I'm working with here and they only paid 16k ... Yearly appraisal 800 only, they only do show off

...d but after the pandemic the company started treating it's employees like hell.. they cut 4k from our salary. Increased production, increased work time. Increased pressure. BEST SUGGESTION DON'T APPLY JOB AT INFINX

I'm working with INFINX since a year, the cabs are being provided here but the time is being wasted alot for 8pm-5am shift employees, the cab is picking up very late and while reaching the office it's being late., So that we can't achieve the target and the TL will force to strech the shift and complete the target. And while dropping in the morning the cab will leave the office at 6 and by the time i reach home it gets 7am. The worst facility of cab. Coming to the WORK the company just need the target from the employees. They'll increase the targets every week and it will become the pressure on the employee. There is dinner or breakfast provided by the company with bad quality. The night shifts are really awkward to work. Time will be just dedicated to the company and u can't do any other personal works Total day will be gone in sleeping and after waking up being ready to office repeat the same daily. There will be weekoff on sat and Sunday but they will force us to come to office for the Overtime and they won't pay the OT on time, overtimes will always be in due and arrears. Finally concluding I want to say that there is partiality shown b/w the employees, alot of work pressure for thier targets. Nobody follows the company norms. No action will be taken immediately for the complaints. I'm saying my personal experience in this company.

...just provide the reasonable price for travel allowance. *Don't show partiality * Salary is being paid same to the intermediate and the Graduate employee this should be immediately fixed.

Nothing I like because HR also take the seniors sides.

... team always they will say go and speak to manager. This is not the way to work. Only to say this they take the monthly salary. If we complain HR than they also takes there side. There is no concern person to whom we can complain and that person should stand for us.

...rk and build your career its only for pocket money for those who are done H.S.C. you will not learn anything there you will face toxic environment if u dont meet the target then your pay will be cut without hesitation I worked for 2 years and felt that.

Toxic environment, bias seniors, no incentive and no career growth apportunities your pay will be cut daily if you dont meet the target. 700 to 900 willbe your yearly increment
