US mortgage industry faces large layoffs due to economic slowdown in U.S.A. in every decade. Hence, the employees need to through unwanted struggles. So, this is the factor which every analysts need to go through in the US mortgage industry. So, this issue is in the industry and not with the company.

The director is a very kind person and always there for any assistance. Also the reward is great in the company for what you work. Overall work culture is very cool and its permanent work from home.. not much restrictions on login time

It's been 1 year in the organization and so far have very good experience. The management is very supportive. Company values their employees.

Dislikes

Lack of interactive session between team members. There should be a fun friday in a week or a fun day in a month so we get to know our colleagues. This is remote working profile so we don't know each other in person.
