The company is growing slowly, there is a excellent experience with this company. I joined as a production In charge and I promoted as a Production Manager, later I promoted as a Plant manager. I got opportunity to work in different deportments like production, Maintenance, Quality Control.

Dislikes

The work pressure always is very high. I have to attend calls in the midnight. There is a low Salary growth and no on time salary payment.

Infinity is one of the best growing company in snacks & Cereal industry in Nigeria , We proud say that infinity products competing with Kellogs products in Nigeria and recently we entered into Benin country and Ghana and this company Indian,Switzerland and Nigerian partnership company, Another plus point we have colleagues from Indonesia and Ghana with different works backgrounds, Am the key staff out 3 core management team and 700 marketing and factory staff having very good work environment and job secured , travel once in a year with family status and no politics

Dislikes

Not much , place disadvantage (risk journey) and little bit corporate game between board directors Factory to house 140 km up and down daily service, Factory located at ijebu ode in Ogun state but family staying in Ibadan (Oyo state) due to children education
