So the work timings for a freelance math tutor is 4pm to 8pm and between these timings they assign you batches if you agree to take the batch in that time slot then it is allotted otherwise you can ask for batches according to you needs. They provide the teaching material so you just need to prepare it and deliver it hardly takes more than 6 mins. Your teaching skills will improve as well as your communication skills. Not much pressure it's an easy job.

No fixed salary so in hand monthly salary after 10% TDS deduction varies a lot I earned between 1800 and 13,000. And if you take a leave then 0 payment for that particular day or a class. The pay is also below average it's 250 per class for classes 4th-8th and 350 for 9th and 10th. Plus If you teach classes 4th-8th then you only have 2 classes per batch per week but for grades 9th and 10th it's 350 per class 3 classes per batch in a week. They have week off on Monday and sometimes they ruin it by having unnecessary meetings. When the session ends and students get their result they ask teachers to call each and every student and ask for their results and also request their parents to renew the subscription. This is a problem for me because the job contract never mentioned that a teach5er will be used for marketing roles. When the students do not join the class then the teacher will get half of the payment plus the teacher has to wait for 30 min in the class before ending the class and filling a no show form attaching the SS of WhatsApp group reminders dent to the student. Because of this some desperate teachers even call the student parents to ask them to make the student join the class. This is very denigrating for a teacher TBH. Their content team is poor and you will find a lot of errors in their content, so you have to use your brain while teaching.

I started working on wizklub which now acquired by infinity learn. Parent company is Sri Chaitanya. Well I will not say anything about Sri chaitanya because it has a legacy of working in education from past 38 years. And doing good . In wizklub working was very good scope of growth was there.

...ent 6) no extra time bonus 7) 13+ working hours daily not including travel time. 8) 7 days offical working 9) even make work on holiday 10) no bonus on working on holiday. 11) no leave on national holiday ( no leave on Eid ) 12) no work from home options in extreme condition. 13) no appreciation for hard work 14) no decency in conversation from managers 15) firing without giving performance improvement program or any notice. 16) not approved your own leave to take for personal and family emergency.

There isn't much space for slacking off here; you need to stay attentive and proactive.

Nothing, i could not get the sale in 1 month, so they removed me. Also they provide lowest salary.

..., some people use to work till 10-11 PM, and it is just a normal thing for them. They provide lowest salary. If you won't get sale in 1 month they are definitely going to remove you.
