Zero vision of the top management. Strange decisions and sudden changes in plans and teams almost on a monthly basis.

Our team is full of young and creative people. Having such a team brings much energy to the workplace. Everyone can take on leadership roles and contribute, regardless of their experience.

Dislikes

Consistently excessive workload without corresponding support or compensation. Without structured and consistent efforts to actively engage staff, there's a risk of creating an environment where employees feel undervalued and disconnected from the company's goals and culture.

Likes

Nothing is good just they give salary on time that's the only thing good there. They do fraud sell and do favouritism.

Dislikes

Everything is bad , no work life balance , 12 hours of shift , high sale pressure , they don't give a break .

...ething I value. Company shows strong commitment to ethical practices and values. Also, I receive good compensation. Recently, received appraisal. Happy seeing myself progressing. I'm enjoying my time here and highly recommend it as an excellent workplace.

I started working on wizklub which now acquired by infinity learn. Parent company is Sri Chaitanya. Well I will not say anything about Sri chaitanya because it has a legacy of working in education from past 38 years. And doing good . In wizklub working was very good scope of growth was there.

...ent 6) no extra time bonus 7) 13+ working hours daily not including travel time. 8) 7 days offical working 9) even make work on holiday 10) no bonus on working on holiday. 11) no leave on national holiday ( no leave on Eid ) 12) no work from home options in extreme condition. 13) no appreciation for hard work 14) no decency in conversation from managers 15) firing without giving performance improvement program or any notice. 16) not approved your own leave to take for personal and family emergency.
