Bad work environment and culture. the company management is not good, our salary is not growing up, we are did not get any life insurance and not available safety drinking water.

the management systems is not well and building manager is not good for everyone, he is a bad man and his behavior is poor.

...upporting to as with COVID 10 lock down and salary skilled is not given perfect. The company do not growing up our salary structure..the company employers do not help any employees.

Work is good with good exposure. Lots to learn provided one has unbelievably thick skin, extreme levels of tolerance, and is commendably good at buttering up seniors.

Dislikes

1. Zero Job Security 2. Work atmosphere is severely toxic 3. Open use of foul language and verbal abuse by department heads towards their subordinates. 4. Unregulated policies are overlooked by top management. 5. Except for a few, most departments and administration are headed by family members, extended family members, and family friends, so no scope of growth ever. 6. Behind the facade of "corporate environment" they are the practical definition of a "Lala company".

Good experienced at this office during work but I lost my job in lock down when it is my one as and only source of income.My child depends on me but they didn't care.I share my 6 years with this company but when I needed it most but they threw me.

Here is no any place for juniors.There is a lot of politics.

There is a huge possibility to learn, explore, grow and perform, if one wishes to.

Dislikes

Very few Kolkata based projects as most of the upcoming properties are outstation. Also, projects tend to move slowly
