This company is offline marketing company. Only thing you can develop here is communication skills and become extrovert as you need to talk with random people. Nothing much about company.

Dislikes

No pay. When I am working pay is like how many product we sale based on that weekly they pay as x amount for product. No work life balance. No proper timings. One thing is conform work life balance you won't get here.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
