It's humanly impossible to work in infiniti the dislikes are infinite and best of all they really don't care. The board and managers are cashing profit. They have no worries. The process is not at all streamlined. The report changes in one day completely. Never join this untill you are paid enough.

The company does not pay its employees on time. Let alone variable pay, even the salaries were not credited on time (usually there used to be a 12-15 days delay). Everyday one out of ten employees are confirmed - the idea is to get the bulk work done and keep them on temporary pay roll so that they cannot take leaves.nowadays thEy have stoppen paying the pf also (employer contribution) and report are generated in 3 days.
