...ll ask any task to complete on the same day. No proper communication for task. They will not pay last month salary. They will tell after 6 months from LWD they will pay but till now more than 8 months completed still not paid. No one is responding from the company. I KINDLY REQUEST NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY.

Since 2023, the culture has become toxic. Salaries are credited on 5th day of next month Work pressure has increased 3 folds People are been sent in PIP without any prior notice Many of the employees were given option of either deduce their salary or leave

...n’t remember when was the last day I logged out after 9 hrs of my working hours. My working hour kept on stretching until it become normal and no compensation was given. Toxic culture, no collaboration between collegues and upper management. Sad that with lot of vision and promise it turned vice versa

Excessive micromanagement from top management, consistently delayed salary payments, full & final settlements taking 7-8 months, unfair treatment and biased decisions, lack of a cohesive ‘One Team’ culture, and reliance on outdated manual processes.
