The company does not pay its employees on time. Let alone variable pay, even the salaries were not credited on time (usually there used to be a 12-15 days delay). Everyday one out of ten employees are confirmed - the idea is to get the bulk work done and keep them on temporary pay roll so that they cannot take leaves.nowadays thEy have stoppen paying the pf also (employer contribution) and report are generated in 3 days. You do the math

...n’t remember when was the last day I logged out after 9 hrs of my working hours. My working hour kept on stretching until it become normal and no compensation was given. Toxic culture, no collaboration between collegues and upper management. Sad that with lot of vision and promise it turned vice versa

Excessive micromanagement from top management, consistently delayed salary payments, full & final settlements taking 7-8 months, unfair treatment and biased decisions, lack of a cohesive ‘One Team’ culture, and reliance on outdated manual processes.
