And there is no job security. Managers will not give chance to showcase your skills and talent. Manament are too bad.

...n’t remember when was the last day I logged out after 9 hrs of my working hours. My working hour kept on stretching until it become normal and no compensation was given. Toxic culture, no collaboration between collegues and upper management. Sad that with lot of vision and promise it turned vice versa
