Its been 3+ years i am working with this organisation & it was a great learning. The work culture is the best part.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Also, there is no on job training for freshers. Hence, senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain at times.

They are one who looks for employees who mere work for free of cost. If we tell I can work for free thy will b much happy really such HR policies they own

There is no job security in infinite.when I joined in infinite they said you are a permanent employee but when I went on my maternity leave and came back to work they told me that we don't have project so you will be out of work within 15 days.
