Worst work culture, they check your bag at gate every day like some garment factory. Only get advantage only if you are girl , no matter how talented you are. Micro management to it's peak. Too much hierarchy EGO at every level. Worst management and HR. Change policy evey 3 months as per their needs Service based not product based No response how much ever escalation you do 3 months notice period, 12 months probation period, will have to serve 3 months notice even in probation period.

Freshers will get more salary as compare to experince Good for freshers not for experienced person. They will not give work what you have learn they will assign other than what you interested .

There is no up skills With out hikes promotions will get. There is no use of promotions salary will same With out salary no other benifts Only work no cultural activities

#1. Compensation : Good as per market standard.( depends on Technology) #2. Flexible work locations. #3. Good Projects and tie ups with Big brands like Deloitte/US Navy etc. #4. Work like balance is also good.

Dislikes

#1. Outdated onboarding process. #2. Client oriented culture. Less towards employee benifits/favor. #3. Bad Bench streangth. You will be terminated with notice period. #4. Pure contractor based projects. #5. Close to No culture due to B2B projects. Bad for long term assosiation.

Get a chance to learn and work in multiple fields. Skills development will be high and joining as fresher will always give to explore more and learn as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

They need only work, no ethics regarding work and health related to employees. Not getting the salary as per your performance and hard work. No rewards or goodies if your work extraordinary.

Pay was decent for the work I did. Nothing much to add.

Dislikes

Mostly boring support projects. Negligible learning. If project ends thrown out after 2 months bench period. Terrible HR. Bond for freshers of 3 lakhs for 3 years makes zero sense. No similar company has such bond in place.
