After Joining 14 Days accommodations (Hotel Stay) Flight ticket (Travel) Goods expenses for relocation.

Dislikes

Less salary No job security - Disappointed with management (Simply they will hire and they will release without project allocation). No proper plans for new hires. HR Management and is worst (we will not get the response properly) Waste of time to accept the offer and waste of money .employees will get lose only.

Dislikes

1) Company politics. 2) Pleasing the manager gets you better rating than working. 3) Does not provides appraisals to the tenured employees much. Most of the times they choose not to provide appraisals despite of good ratings. 4) Promotions are just a promise rather to keep employees intact for some period till the time they get cheeper employees. 5) South Indian culture is more respected than the northern morals. 6) You would never see any decorations on Diwali or any or the northern festivals. No bonus or any form of gifts. 7) The main target here is that people would be hired in the North and simultaneously they will keep searching for cheeper replacements for the Banglore site. 8) False job descriptions, even the java developers could be seen being forced to work as a support executive. 9) The management trys to enforce false allegations when they choose to drop you for a cheeper alternative. 10) Job is never secure, I've seen managers and SDL getting kicked out without proper reasons just to reduce manpower and increase the profits. 11) In the beginning of the job they provide you with false hopes that there would be onsite opportunities and after some time they deny it stating that those were only hopes that even we had, and now this is not going to happen for the unforseen future. And so on. I'll strongly suggest to take up on other opportunities in case you are willing to grow through your work data and dedication.

To be honest there is nothing to like about, except for the location which is away from the city.

Dislikes

1. The salary structure is crazy, the ctc would be high and in-hand would be something else, you would keep regretting everyday on why you joined in the first place 2.The new process, Turbify it's really bad, the product prices are doubled and many of the customers are frustrated and end up shifting to a different provider. 3. Management(Manager, AM) is a joke, they get paid higher come to chill and put pressure on the agents and go. Team Leaders with experience are good, while the team leaders who were hired only coz they have many years experience working as an agents are like lost kids who do not know what to do, they do not even know how to manage a team,the basic skills an agent can handle the team far better. 4. Lot of favoritism , 5. And forget about your leaves, coz even if u beg and cry or die they would not give you one.No sudden serious emergency leaves. And in case of a planned leaves only expect it to be given the time they like. 5. You cannot voice out, you get noted by the management and HR. Management only supports their own. 6. There is no hope for the process and also the management, gets worse each day. 7. As a fresher I would suggest you not to join here as it just gives you a bad experience.

There is biased nature between south and north indians. South Indians will get better salary hike and promotions. It is more painful when you know that you are working more and completing the task but your junior who works less gets much more than you with bonus.
