Nothing is good. Salary not paid on time. Promoter making false promises. Deducting lic, pf, society but no payment. Pathetic work culture. No increment and bonus. Exploiting it's employees always

Only 01 thing is good that salary gets credited on every 07th without fail

No proper planning of work by senior management, also the traveling allowances are deducted due to stupid travel policy of 3 % of primary sales

I have not come across as such which i can mention here, however one thing is that sometimes it become so difficult to judge your performance to give your deserving dues. also it takes lot of time to build your integrity.

Very less salaries,Salaries not credit on time, for getting increment wait for minimum two years or more and they are paid very less increment that is 6-8% for two years, canteen food was very worst, management is very worst especially in nellore plant, every month attendance problem if we're go to duty still we are getting absent, leaves are not sanstioned by managers, work culture also bad,in this there is no growth and no promotions, in this company the management treat operators and quality persons use and throw like a tissue paper overall I suggest please don't join in this company and don't waste your time and life.

If you worked with your own bissness no one regrate to your work and and one thing I like hear that there is not too much bosses you should report only your boss wich is reasonable for you and yours all liberties and no one support in this

I don't like that here is not a proper learning support and also you can do only which the deside your boss you can not apply yours thought and formula to do much better performance in your field so that you should follow only company policy not your experience
