Technical

• Handling yarn deliveries on time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Weekly review of MRP requirement for yarns and cross checking the same in SAP
• Prepare POs in SAP and share the same with Suppliers
• Interact with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis
• Review deliveries against the orders
• Track orders status and ensure timely delivery
• Proper scheduling of material and communication to Supplier for the same
• Preparation of Daily reports and share with Management
• Co-ordination with Internal customers (Q.A., Warehouse, planning & production)
• Coordinate with Stores for timely submission of documents to accounts
• Follow laid down SOP for Purchase

Quantitative

• Weekly ordering of Yarns as per MRP Timely deliveries of material
• Accuracy of the MIS
• Cost saving / Control on non-moving yarns

Qualitative

• Quality of material purchased
