This is a payment getaway company. The project i was working in was core project of the company so I got to know a lot about payment domain. This is the only good part.

Dislikes

...ncrement in this period. Take advantage of bond and made people work like slave. New hired people were getting a lot more salary than the working seniors in the company because of this bond thing. Senior Management people had a lack of knowledge.

Getting salary on time and working hours like government.

Dislikes

Pathetic people working here, mgmt people know each other since long and there is no change in thought process, no one is even talking about new technology, implementation is far away.once they realise you have good knowledge they will start keeping you aside from discussion and work. There is no scope for improvement. Old employee having opportunity to grow (they are doing all chatugiri) even they don't have any knowledge and new employee be like fool.

It is better not to join such (lala) companies, better join start ups as one can learn multiple things

There is nothing good to be liked about, you will get your salary on time, mentioning this as good because lala's dosen't pay their employees on time

they hire you without salary after your interview they declare they are offering internship without stipend, if they want intern than declare in advance dont waste some one time. and also after 6 months of internship they increase it to 8 and 9 months.

care free and laid back work culture. snacks is good

everything, 1. this company is one man show . mr vijay s who is the platform ceo runs the comapny like his own. no dressing sense , late arrivals and sometimes he has his kids to play over. he hates localities. all his developers are tamilians and he prefers to hire from their itself. 2. he is a miser and sees cost cutting measures everywhere. 3. no projects currently and his egostic character ruined all chances.
