I have joined the organization as a fresher..so it was my first time I joined as a employee in a organisation..so everything is new for me and sales is not easy task but the training which attended in my initial phase in this organisation was helped me a lot my training manager was very supportive and cooperative not towards me but also to all the team members and I have learned the basics of sales from this organisation.

The only one India organisation which is providing free mental healthcare support to their enrollment students as well as their emoloyess..that's what i liked the most about this organisation...i'm also facing anxiety in my mind but after joining here it helps to cope it.

I have recently join the organization the thing I liked the most is the cooperative management as well as seniors I personally feel that because whenever I get stucked in some problems they helped me with that and I still working here and all going well .

As recruiter I have to manage the hiring process. Such a great vibe and also great people which helped me a lot for all those things which I am facing as a issue in my work the thing I liked most is flexible working hours and work from home.

I am saying this on the basis of experience that I had in this organisation as a start up they are working very effectively the products, management and working of the organization is quite good .

Some small things but it doesn't matter no one is perfect...I hope the organization will work on their weak points.
