there are partiality in company, no value for manager as below staff is unionized,salary is very low, only those employees get more who is having relation with top management,there were no responsibility identified for worker level,

Company is good but facilities are messier than Indian companies.

Company better but don't get any facilities for Operator, Fix term employee & casuals.Only benfit going to management staff like that (OT+C/Off) in any absence of staff & when same things not for Operator.There are other things but can't tell.

Plant SHE Head - Mohan Patidar I have Shared this name because they don't have good knowledge about plant. Never take any responsibility, so very careless and very bad behaviour. I never seen this type of manager in any industry on higher position, I don't know how to select this persons.... He want to show to all that I know everything. All upper management save them but all days are not same.....Karma takes revenge of their bad behaviour with other persons.

Overall good company to work as you will learn best engineering practices in most safest way.

Very different working between HO n Plant like working days at HO is 5 n 6 at Plant for all the positions.
