... a fraud company with fraud documents and they have a bankruptcy history in USA. They don't provide documents whenever asked for any official purpose and salary also don't get credited on time. They are only 10 people company but says 25 which is fake and has too much of politics. None of those 7-8 employees are happy and they are looking for job change.

Every person irrespective of their designations makes sure that they are always reachable to everybody with the organization and are always ready to help in every possible way they can, whenever required. * Equal opportunities to every individual and helping them grow their technical as well as domain knowledge. * During the pandemic, when many companies were either cutting down the salaries or laying off employees, there were ABSOLUTELY NO PAY CUTS & NO LAYOFFS/TERMIATIONS in the company.

Likes

The opportunities available to grow are tremendous because of the multi-diciplinary nature of the project that indx builds. You will interact wih people from different domains and there is always something new to learn. Regarding the technologies, Indx has a very modern techstack and the flat hierarchy enables anyone to pitch their ides to improve the product. Compensations are one of the best and there are additional annual rewards based on the individual contributions.

Dislikes

Although people are there to guide, one can find the domain a bit challenging (especially the core tech people). One needs to keep an eye on the work-life balance as one can be easily overwhelmed by the number of things to be done

Likes

Anyone can explore new thing without affect their own task and personal life. For performer, there is no question mark. Many things to learn and adopt in our life, domain itself giving us to learn about ourselves. No one lost there position during corona pandemic. Company support employees to grow in all segments.

Sometimes build unnecessary pressure.
