I don't thing they have anything to like, such a bad company, no job security, worst place to work. management don't know to about retail, no company policies.

I'm very happy to work with dusminute app team is best always HO guys always there to help in any bad situations. We had lot off fun activities at office we celebrate all the festival s people are not neglected here they give importance to there employees ..I have admit this they have help me when was in financial crises ,leave for any emergency really good to have manager like ankita and all the people co workers .good environment . overall ..I'm happy .it's just that repeat your work you will get that in return...

Such a terrible company in this lockdown time with out any communication they have fired many employees and not even paying salary,in offer letter they have Deducting ESI and PF but there is no theses benifits in company ( ESI & PF) totally it's a fraud company acctuty I got a opportunity in this company through Naukri... it's my humble request u please don't refer people to like this type of company's

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
