1. Politics 2. Your salary increment based on how much you do chamchagiri of your boss not by your work performance 3. Company doing business with many companies of similar field so difficult to switch a job

1. No bonus 2. You must know how & when to play safe infront of your boss 3. Your senior management neither allow you to take leave while they must take leave every month for 4- 5 days 4. If you have initiated anything then it's only your responsibility to complete wheather shift is over, your reliever came or not. You have to finish it at any cost 5. All are good in front of yourself and on your back they mock at you. 6. Team polytics 7. Overall it's mahishmati samarajay where only one Boss & his words are law.

... Groupism within the company. One group under CEO and another group under MD. 8. Salary will not be receieved on the designated date. Even the Diwali bonus amount is yet to be received.

no bonus. you have to work without many proper tools. everyday company GM wakes up with new rules. canteen lunch is worst. even breakfast lunch is worst . imagine you are in night shift and canteen guy comes with gray color upama.
