If already an well experienced then can able to survive.. As it is new to market have learned of being worked in STARTUP which gaves me a good experience in the market.. Being apart There is nothing to like about this unprofessional company & management. Management dont have any ethics, they were a deep the core unprofessional. They dont have a proper HR policy current what policy they have also a stupid policy. A Very worst behaviour may have to face from them.

Dislikes

They dont know the meaning for a word " commitment ". Their commitments will always either a false or wrong commitments we will get from them. They dont know how to value the peoples also they will never value the peoples. They will not provide the appraisal still existing people's are fighting for it more than 2 years. A very childish behaviour from Director doesn't know about the bottom line of sales. The moment when you decide to leave you will face lot of such a worst behaviour from them they will always try to snatch money from our pocket like that kind of very poor HR policy they have. This is the place of suffering always. I will never recommend anyone to join over here. If want to join then be ready to face the above facts.

I believe the culture here stands out. Employees are pampered with freedom in ways of work, given individual attention to, and given classified responsibilities, not to mention the beverages at regular intervals !! The MD is young, dynamic & open minded. He's goal oriented and drives the team to achieve the same by addressing challenges, providing solutions & motivation.

Dislikes

I guess insufficient funds have led to a lot of chaos here. The MD tries to push the entire team to good business with little / no investment. This being a brokerage company, the relationship with vendors is pathetic with some waiting to get their dues from over an year. Naturally, the vendors dont support & employees get blamed eventually for lack of business / operations !!
