...started giving Saturday off but increased working hours to 9:30 hrs from 9 hrs .Strict timings, they will cut salary if you are 1 minute late .

No vision , goals keep on changing , founders lack empathy .No work culture.No job security for sure .They don't care about Customers , Vendors and employees. Vendor payments are never on time same with employees appraisal. All internal and external customers are totally dissatisfied.

Disgusting company to work with. Two Lala's Swati Gupta and Rahul Gupta are the dukandaar. Keeping chotus as their employees. If they wish to throw u out of the company they will without even thinking once. They do mass firing during the tenure of June - October. If you want to use this company just use it before they use you for their own mean. Worst people worst management worst culture. Nobody is happy working here.

...start up but will always claim themselves as start up just to lure u with money. They don't pay you and can be the cheapest baniya in times.

Great exposure to new leanings, Great work like balance, less pressure, Timely salary and timely increments.

Nothing to dislike, however the management can take a second look at the compensation being offered to Executive/Sr. Executive level employees.

Worst company ever lala company hold employees salary and not settle FF , worst management yell at employees and floor saming is normal they haven't paid my FF till now as promised .Worst HR and IT team never get into such LALa company
