They do not credit your salary on time, infact, sometimes for months you won't get your salary. Now it's been 5 months I left that company, they still haven't cleared my last 3 months salary. They have stop replying to mails and calls now. This company lack in professionalism. They hardly care about their employee problems. My mother was hospitalized last week and I contacted them saying I need the money that you guys have been holding on but no-one even responded back. They are holding back the money which I worked hard for.

You start to learn the importance of money here, as you won't get salary for 2 to 3 months.

Dislikes

Everything is torture here. You won't get salary, your mails won't get response, you are treated worse than daily labor. Forget salary, you won't even get relieving easily here. You need to beg the management. The HR here is a puppet to management, who doesn't even know the duties of HR. Selfish and ruthless top management.

Very less micro-management, good opportunity to interact with multinational clients provided you are decent at communications, salary always on time with decent bonus. Working culture is pretty okayish.

...tion level is not very hight there is a constant fear of you getting expelled. Salary: A little below the industry standard, they are not the pay Masters. No insurance or PF, no formal training

1. Inexperienced leaders managing new teams, resulting in a lack of direction 2. Consistent delays in salary payment for 6-8 months; unfulfilled promise of late fee surcharges. 3. Expecting to work without timely pay; treating salaries as a privilege rather than a necessity 4. Poor response from HR and the CEO despite repeated attempts to address these issues 5. An outdated draconian mindset from the upper management, neglecting employee welfare and professional standards. An overall archaic company culture

Things started out well here. Good learning curve and opportunities with controlled working hours.

... supposed late-fee surcharge promised by the management has gone down the drain. Further, within the firm, management expects people to continue working without pay, and let me remind you- giving salary is considered as a privilege and not a need. This shows a primitive draconian mindset of people sitting at the top. Alot of negatives to write down here, but would stick with the ones which pinches the most.
