Nothing special but I opened the Branch office at jalandhar with independent charge as my wish to work independent.

Dislikes

The most Fraud company as I joined this co. In April 2008 & left in february2018 instead April 2018 the secret behind it was to cut down the benifits on competition 10 years service it was because Mr. Sudhir Gers(VP) was after me to leave the job since 2016 any how I passed my time with my excellent work but not knowing that before completion 10 years tenure the benifits are much more & this manipulation was done by Mr. Sudhir Gera with the help of Mr. Surender sing, GM. HRD & asked me to submit resignation in February instead of April, I thought they are Pressurising so i also resined in February 2018 without knowing the facts of getting benifits afer completion 10 years tenure.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
