The learning skill is best place ,Work overall day to day is good and daily report submitted in same day , No - Pressurize to work in any senior and superior because any work finely and happily doing is same day and clearly ,But payment issue is big no sanctification of payment and poor.But best company for learning work & develop skill.

It's only start for fresher jobs. But no salary growth, work environment, work-life balance.

I suggest for everyone plz don't come here for job, no more extra training. Every year only feeling appraisal form, but no increment in salary.

Nothing in particular except that the company is lenient on its employees in terms to productivity. Which to me seems pretty much like we would not give the employees raise irrespective of their performance.

From the outside everyone thinks Imcl is a part of a big group Hinduja but the benefits work culture nothing is like of a big brand.There is no growth on deaignation no annual increment policies and office politics holds mahor roots from HR department only.
