Every process is slow and complicated

Dislikes

1. Joining process slow and worst 2. Once you join you have to do struggle to open your own salary account. 3. When you start doing operations, every process is so complicated. 4. If you open accounts, accounts getting freeze or total freeze in some time. 5. No support from BM, they said "I need business only do it from anywhere" and by mistake if portfolio assigned then you have to do sttrugle for customer you have to fight for your portfolio from KAM or RM, every customer is owned by KAM or RM from your portfolio. 6. MH, RH invites you on weekend for business in branch, branches open on weekends for only business.

According to customer's point of view...it provides horrible service.seniors are just mis-utilising their position...the timing is 8.45am to 7.00pm but cluster manager as well as bm force to sit and complete the targets ...They calls often most of the holidays to work full time at branch...if u will join this bank specially in bbsr region your personal life and mental health will be destroyed.Every day pressure and sells targets.Bms and cluster manager behaves rudely and they puts pressure until u committee suicide 🙏 please don't join this bank

Dislikes

Very poor in terms of salary . They give you promotion if you perform well but salary hike is very low since the basics are low only. Forget about work life balance. Especially the operations guys. You will work for 10- 12 hrs everday, and at the end of the year you have nothing. No hike, no incentives (even if you top the nation in doing sales and business), very low bonus.
