Have spended more than 1.9 years and worked there. Good place to work and enhance skill set along with balance in personal and professional life...If one is interested in self learning and wants job security then it's a best place to work.

...r departments also. Eventhough lack of guidance I worked hard and build myself..Worst part of working with this organization is one will have sacrifice in low salary along with the worst appraisal as compared with other Banks.

Worst when it comes it compensation and growth. They don't value their existing employees who work for them for long. However, they might provide a better py to an outsider for d first time.

...corporate. Work life balance, knowledge uplift, work satisfaction are very good. Salary and Appraisal are low when compared to industry. Seniors guide us well.

At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.
