Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Nothing is except getting salary in hand . All you have to give 400 percent wrt other bank . Also there is huge discrimination related to branch business sourcing and distribution among RMs . No increment no benifits . Only exploitation and career degradation . Even I can tell you more other factor why this is not suitable for working . Also at branch manager level hiring is not at intellectual level .

Even house help can get more hike than here promotion Skill development Managers can be annoying They will dump more work on person who works efficiently others can enjoy with no work and salary. Salary increment very poor even for the person gets amazing Performance ratings. No promotion also.
