Nothing is except getting salary in hand . All you have to give 400 percent wrt other bank . Also there is huge discrimination related to branch business sourcing and distribution among RMs . No increment no benifits . Only exploitation and career degradation . Even I can tell you more other factor why this is not suitable for working . Also at branch manager level hiring is not at intellectual level .

Even house help can get more hike than here promotion Skill development Managers can be annoying They will dump more work on person who works efficiently others can enjoy with no work and salary.
