No proper support from managers branch managers are dangerous towards employee favourite employe get good support . Not treat equally . No proper hr support . Manager use their power to spoil employee life. Unrealistic target . This is not bank these are insurance company. They only focus on insurance. No proper training. No proper support . Second thing if u have do pr die situation then join Indusind bank other wise explore your self and search other opportunities. Hr not received your call . Hr will also not understand your problem even you share medical thereafter they will not relieve you . Hr is only for name and position. Huge politics . If you hard worker employee and source good business then managers will map your clients to his favourite employee. They will treat you like you are slave. (Convulsion) Pls don’t join until and unless you have do or die situation either join for 1 or 6 months after resigned )

Every process is slow and complicated

1. Joining process slow and worst 2. Once you join you have to do struggle to open your own salary account. 3. When you start doing operations, every process is so complicated. 4. If you open accounts, accounts getting freeze or total freeze in some time. 5. No support from BM, they said "I need business only do it from anywhere" and by mistake if portfolio assigned then you have to do sttrugle for customer you have to fight for your portfolio from KAM or RM, every customer is owned by KAM or RM from your portfolio. 6. MH, RH invites you on weekend for business in branch, branches open on weekends for only business.

Average salary is good as compared to the competition banks.

Dislikes

Work culture is pathetic as they also call you office on holidays. Also they only focus on accounts and life insurance. If you fail to do life insurance then there will be problems for you. Also the services are very bad as they take around 2 weeks to open an simple savings account.

Otherwise even the top performers get single digit salary hikes - Esops are given to only top mgmt - No training on skill enhancement - No trust on employees - HR department lacking. HR is just a payroll team with vestigeal function - Grades have no value. There is no banding of salary basis grade parity - Poor communication with the employee s

First of all work culture. Managers are very abusive and your attendance salary and leaves depend upon their approval only. They never approve your leave even if you have so many leaves left. HRs are worst if you make any complaint about managers they ask this directly to them without hiding the complainant identity.
