Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Appricate for each n every digital application but somehow client was not happy with functions nd operating system...As major issue is neemt connectivity. Need to change some products features like CA SA CREDIT CARD CC VOUCHERS and major part is ASSETS funfing. Need learning moduals when anyone is going to join bank and also conduct frequent training for practice sum. Incentive and bonus is not up to mark and increase some basic expense as we are going to hike in all materials when we are facing family issue and daily/monthly expence

There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is too slow. There is a huge gap when HR dept highring any new commer or experience people who are ready to serve his ability with bank, in indusind bank focus only numbers which means LIFE INSURANCE n HEALTH INSURANCE, There is no scope for big tickets or valuable meeting with HNI client. There is a huge huge hourly basis pressure without proper staff level support or product level support as on date.

Even house help can get more hike than here promotion Skill development Managers can be annoying They will dump more work on person who works efficiently others can enjoy with no work and salary. Pathetic work experience, u will end up finding yourself as a telecaller. Yes u will get a good salary, but it will be on the cost of deteriorating your whole career. U won't get any value in the other banks, because all others know the bad quality of books, credit card telecalling, etc.
