At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

...nonuse at all...you have to recruit staff...suddenly all policies will change...they ensure u don't get bonus or rating if u do not complete amfi or irda...all these r communicated at last minute...no support n extended targets too which u can never achieve..

The Salary is good and nothing else.

The work culture is very bad, especially the reporting managers are just toxic people. They demoralise you rather than influence and inspire. The bank is fond of one thing and that is money. I was in ARD and trust me when I say that they treat you like some commodity which can be used and used only. And you can be assured that at the end end of the day whether your mental health is good or bad they don't care and they won't be bothered by your sad situation. Moreover they do nothing, so that your mental health can improve. You are put under extreme demands and unimaginable pressure both mentally and physically for every day. My opinion is don't join there as the internal workings of the bank is just next to a slum.

We are working for our family .Else organisation culture is worst. They think employee is like a boiler chicken who produce daily life insurence for them.

Appraisals and bonus. No timing for appraisals.
