...make a big mistake. Great supporting management. Gives you free decision policy. Bit kanjus company on salary but it's a great workplace and peaceful minded if you want to settle down.

Hr policy is soo bad. It's like they try to take money from employee pocket only. They will show you a huge ammount as salary on your offer letter but belive me your take hand will be very low. All the other benifits will be shown under ur CTC. They will say salary is 30k but after deduction they will give only 22k. You will feel like cheated. You can only join on Mondays because management dosent want you to join on wed or thurs and get free salary for 2 says on sat and sun. If you are in off role and go to on role they will take away 2 day salary. All plans to cost cutting is from employees salary. They have a access to provide you with work from home on storm / corona like situations. But if you are going to a family tour and you ask work from home access they will feel kanjos to give you because that access costs 500 per day.

Worst culture I have ever seen in my professional life. They posted me in Chennai location before joining they said only u have to pitch for sales but once u joined they clearly tell that only u have to do sales only no customer service in sales u have to do loans emi, insurance , card upgrade and for incentives they will give after 3 months not every month that to in Sodexo card now come to incentive that too they will give according to quality percentage. I will give example I did loans n emi per month more than 1cr but after 3 month I get incentives 2k like that my quality was 85 to 90 per. Don’t join they will harass like anything everyday overtime after 9hr u have to extend at-least 1 hr. If u r going to join then it’s ur choice.

There is nothing to like. From on-board to process all are pathetic. The bank itself is struggling to keep its existence in market. From a customer point of view also the bank's service and on line platform are pathetic.

Highly experienced staff... Finance job feel like finance... Starting salary is little less then we expect.. Supporting management

Slow process... Working environment staff is less cooperative. Individuals need to learn and work on own strategies.. Less pressure, less incentives, bcz of it learn whole process of the work module.
