...nonuse at all...you have to recruit staff...suddenly all policies will change...they ensure u don't get bonus or rating if u do not complete amfi or irda...all these r communicated at last minute...no support n extended targets too which u can never achieve..

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

No salary deduction during whole Lockdown.. Even work from home... No unnecessary pressure during lockdown. I am happy to work with Indusind Bank.
