At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

- Worst Management. - No appreciation for work and achieving targets - Say no every time when trying to apply for leave even if leaves are available and you are informing 2 weeks earlier.

...nonuse at all...you have to recruit staff...suddenly all policies will change...they ensure u don't get bonus or rating if u do not complete amfi or irda...all these r communicated at last minute...no support n extended targets too which u can never achieve..
