The Salary is good and nothing else.
Dislikes
The work culture is very bad, especially the reporting managers are just toxic people. They demoralise you rather than influence and inspire.
The bank is fond of one thing and that is money. I was in ARD and trust me when I say that they treat you like some commodity which can be used and used only.
And you can be assured that at the end end of the day whether your mental health is good or bad they don't care and they won't be bothered by your sad situation.
Moreover they do nothing, so that your mental health can improve. You are put under extreme demands and unimaginable pressure both mentally and physically for every day.
My opinion is don't join there as the internal workings of the bank is just next to a slum.
No support from subordinate
Too much sales pressure
Slow system issue
Too many layers for talking to high authority
No celebration any festival
In jfm months satuday holiday they will invite for , complete the targets.
salary structure , promotion and increament culture if you work with indusind salary growth is 2% in a year ie. if you join on 10000/- salary after 10 year you will reach 15-17 thousand while your grade will increase as CM,AVP,AVP1 also after leave the job if you want to join other bank you are unable to give proper reason why your salary is low
I have joined IndusInd Bank in December 17 and still working with this organisation my experience is good but compensation and career growth is not as per expections.
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Even if you are performer your salary is increase only 500/- PM. Hr is the worst. Even in pandemic situation they want sales. Staff going outside to meet the customer and doing business they don't need staff life they need only business. This is really pathetic situation and second Saturday and fourth Saturday bank holiday but this bank doing field activities like door to door marketing
